Question for Dulux

This house overlooking Ela Beach has an oldish low profile (like Kliplok) galvanised roof in full lengths "rolled over" a low central ridge (no ridge capping) there are signs of rust appearing towards the centre, can you suggest the best treatment after a wire brushing ?
