National Agriculture Quarantine Inspection Authority (NAQIA) - Port Moresby

After having my Industrial Training with NAQIA I just want to appreciate the fact that it plays a vital role not only in the agricultural industry, but also the socio-economic and humanity aspect of PNG. I would consider NAQIA as a vital player in the country as well as the global for its role play biosecurity incursions, trade facilitation, animal and plant, and human and community welfare through carrying out biosecurity measures. To say that, it plays some of the most important roles in the world that contribute to the mitigation of some of the world's ongoing issues such as food security, poverty alleviation, improved livelihoods through healthy food production and bilateral relations.
