The Mapilam Woodlot Project aims to promote sustainable forestry practices and community development in the Wapenamanda District. This project is centered on establishing woodlots to help meet the local demand for timber products, while simultaneously addressing deforestation and land degradation issues in the region. Through the implementation of this project, we aim to improve the livelihoods of local communities, encourage environmental conservation, and contribute to the economic growth of the district.
