Management promises to hire within, but hardly ever does that happen, The low pay is keeps the turnover high, and they spend way more on training new people then they need to. Upper management worries more about appearances than they do ability, And the day to day operations are left mostly undone because of budgeting priorities. And lets not forget that the bills are not paid or collected because of budgeting problems. But upper management still finds time to fly to vegas and have a great time on companies dime when they so desire. They actually lost a huge account in Denver where I work at because the customer RTD wanted more professional uniforms and the manager did not want to budget it.
