Reviews of Mt Wilhelm Tourist Hotel

My family and I booked 2nd January 2014 to stay 2 nights. After the first hour or so just had to get out. NO WATER, grimy, very noisy, huge cockroaches. No water was the worst as we were looking forward to a shower. We told reception we were leaving for Goroka after 1st night as we needed water and ask for a refund of the unused 2nd nights accommodatioon that we'd had to pay for on checking in.

Worst still was after 4 weeks and several requests they still have not refunded me the K550 for the 2nd nights accommodation we didn't use - despite management's promise to repay.
