Nivani Limited was started in 1988 by Glen Cherrett and David Stein. When Glen left PNG in 1995 taking nothing from the Company, the shareholders of the Company were Glen's son Jason Cherrett and David's wife Genevieve and daughter Janina. Glen told David that he wanted Jason to maintain his shareholding. In 2001 without telling Jason David Stein transferred the assets of the Company into another company which he renamed "Nivani Limited" and installed his own children as the shareholders of this new company. He paid no compensation or dividends to Jason or his now ex-wife Genevieve. It is time for all to learn that NIVANI LIMITED IS A STOLEN COMPANY!
