Pacific Architects Consortium (Png) Ltd - Port Moresby

PAC ARCHITECTS was formed early in 1989 with the amalgamation of two longstanding and well–established firms – Higgin Lloyd and Partners Architects and W.M. Phillips Architects.
Higgin Lloyd and Partners was established in 1966 and prior to the amalgamation had undertaken over twelve hundred projects in Papua New Guinea, the Pacific Islands and Australia.
W M Phillips Architects was formed in 1978 following the PNG Parliament House Design Competition when Bill Phillips won the competition. Both firms brought extensive experience covering a wide variety of major commercial, residential and industrial buildings completed throughout the South Pacific Region.
